WardrobeGifts is operated by Flywave Technology Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available on request. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. Minor variations in colour or shade may occur.

Standard UK delivery is free of charge and takes 3–5 working days. Express next-day delivery is available for £6.95 on orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday.

International delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Customs duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.

You may exchange any item for a different size within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with tags attached.

Full bundle refunds are available within 14 days if all items are returned complete and in original condition.

Individual items from a bundle cannot be refunded separately — only exchanged for a different size.

To initiate a return, email returns@wardrobegifts.com with your order number.

Style Cards have no expiry date. Style Cards are non-transferable.

Style Cards that have been redeemed cannot be refunded. Unredeemed Style Cards may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

We reserve the right to suspend Style Cards if we suspect fraudulent use.

Some items in our bundles include links to Amazon. These are affiliate links — if you purchase through them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.

We only link to products we have curated as part of a bundle. Affiliate commission does not influence our editorial choices.

All content on this site — including bundle descriptions, copy, and design — is the property of Flywave Technology Limited and may not be reproduced without permission.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products.

Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the value of that order.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, personal injury, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be available at this URL. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
